Scientology Providing the tools for successful living

Welcome to the Church of Scientology International European Office for Public Affairs and Human Rights

Human Rights workroom of the Church of Scientology International European Office for Public Affairs and Human Rights
Situated prominently on the ground floor is the Human Rights workroom, where dignitaries, officials, government representatives and other guests can meet on social initiatives to advance the cause of human rights on the continent and beyond. The wall panels highlight the Church’s human rights programs.

Beginning on the ground floor, the building has been designed to include meeting and conference rooms where religious leaders, human rights experts and government and civic officials can work together on solutions to important human rights and social betterment issues.

As one enters the building at reception, one sees the Aims of Scientology and the Creed of the Church of Scientology displayed. Here, also, are exhibits and audio-visual displays that demonstrate the religious nature of the Church, including the findings and conclusions of religious scholars, courts and government agencies in Europe and around the world who have reviewed Scientology in depth and uniformly determined it to be a bona fide religion.

Displays in anteroom next to the Human Rights workroom of the Church of Scientology International European Office for Public Affairs and Human Rights
In the anteroom next to the Human Rights workroom is a photographic display of churches of Scientology around the world.
In the sitting area beyond reception are displays depicting the activities and results of the many social betterment programs sponsored by churches of Scientology, including the Volunteer Minister Program. A Volunteer Minister is someone who uses Scientology to change conditions for the better — for himself, his family, his groups, friends, associates and for mankind. Although their actions address virtually every aspect of life, Volunteer Ministers are especially well known for providing succour and practical help during times of disaster — including the heroic efforts of more than 800 such Volunteer Ministers who worked shoulder to shoulder with police and fire fighters at Ground Zero, New York, in the aftermath of the September 11, 2001, terrorist disaster.
